What data we process and why
If you write to us, we will use your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. We do not use your data for anything else or share it with anyone, unless required by law.
Why we can process it
Because you contact us to ask for information or a quote (steps prior to a possible contract) and, if you become a client, because we need it to fulfil what we agree.
How long we keep it
While we are in touch with you and, if you become a client, for as long as our relationship lasts and for the periods required by law. After that, it is deleted.
Where your data is kept
Messages stay in the service you use to write to us (for example, Gmail or Instagram), which has its own privacy terms. The website is hosted by GoDaddy on servers in Europe and reaches your browser through Cloudflare, which provides the secure connection (https) and protection against attacks. GoDaddy and Cloudflare may keep technical logs of visits (such as IP addresses) so the website runs securely. Cloudflare is a US company and may process those logs outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by European law. Each has its own privacy policy.
What is stored in your browser
To remember one of your preferences, the website stores in your own browser whether you prefer to view it with or without animations. This information never leaves your device, and you can delete it whenever you like from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive it in a file. Email us at [email protected]. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
